For the chanterelle toast, pre-bake the toast slices in the toaster and then place 2 slices next to each other on a baking sheet.

Season the turkey escalopes with salt and pepper, brown and place on the toast slices.

Fry the finely chopped onion and chanterelle in a little butter in a pan and finally add the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Now put the mushroom mixture on the turkey meat and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake the prepared chanterelle toasts in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. (Until the Parmesan melts and becomes a little brown).

Preparation Tip:

Season the mushrooms for the chanterelle toast also with some fresh, finely chopped marjoram.
