For the wild berry ice cream, cut the bananas into pieces and place in the freezer for about 5 hours.
Allow the frozen bananas and wild berries to thaw slightly and place in a blender/ice crusher. Puree with the coconut blossom syrup and serve the wild berry ice cream immediately.
Preparation Tip:
You can set aside a few fruits as decoration for the wild berry ice cream. Also a few coconut flakes sprinkled over the ice cream fit very well.
