Mix confectioner’s sugar with lemon juice, add yogurt and gelatin soaked in cold water for about 10 minutes, squeeze well and dissolve, make sure that the gelatin is not too cold, otherwise it will pull threads. Finally, mix in whipped cream. Pour into a mold lined with plastic wrap or cut out dumplings. It goes well with fresh fruit, berries or fruit ragout, etc. Could also be used as a cake filling, possibly adding a little more gelatin.
