Instructions:

For breakfast with egg, wash the chives and cut into fine rolls.

Wash the cucumber and bell bell pepper and cut into slices or cut out decorative shapes.

Lightly whisk the eggs with a dash of whipping cream, salt and freshly ground pepper. Yolks and egg whites should still be recognizable.

Butter 1 slice of bread and top with the ham. Toast 1 slice and spread with butter.

Cream butter in a pan that is not too hot, pour in eggs and whisk gently until it starts to stick. It should still be soft, though.

Pour onto the toasted bread and sprinkle with chives.

Arrange everything nicely on a plate and serve the breakfast with egg.

Preparation Tip:

Whether farmhouse bread, wholemeal bread or white bread, depending on your taste, everything goes well with breakfast with egg! With a little pretty decoration you start the day right with a smile!
