Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add chocolate, almond kernels, cinnamon, kirsch and salt. Knead dough and rest in the refrigerator.

Roll out 1/2 cm thick and cut out with scalloped molds.

Grease the baking tray and place the cookies on it. Place in oven heated to 160 °C and bake for 20 min.
