Season the minced meat with pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and paprika powder. Add the finely diced onion, egg and breadcrumbs, knead into a dough and form small balls. Fry them in 3 tablespoons of oil and let them cool down. Drain the mushrooms, tangerines and pineapple and add to the cold meatballs. Mix mayo, 1 tbsp. ketchup, salt and pepper to a sauce and add to the lettuce.
Note: Good without mushrooms, a little sweet.
