Instructions:

In a mortar, pound the coriander seeds with the garlic cloves, peppercorns and lemongrass to a paste.

Pour this paste over the quail form, then drizzle the birds with soy sauce. Spoon the honey over the top and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat the oil and bake the quails in it until golden brown.

For the dip, stir all the ingredients together and pour into a serving bowl.

Serve the quails with lime dip.
