Beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Mix in flour, nuts, chocolate, raisins and aranzini. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper to a thickness of 1 cm. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 1.5 x 4 cm pieces while still hot and bake for another 5 minutes.
