For the potato water soup, drain and collect the potato cooking water. Dice the onion. Heat ghee in a saucepan and then sauté the chopped, diced onion until it is translucent and soft.
Carefully add the cooking water and season with salt to taste. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Add the milk, salt again if necessary and heat until the soup is hot again.
