(for coating entrecotes, beefsteaks, mutton chops).
Mix well the soft butter with the ingredients, preferably on the board with a blunt kitchen knife. Then form a roll about 3 cm thick and firm. To serve, cut the wild garlic butter into slices about 1/2 cm thick with a kitchen knife dipped in hot water.
Instead of wild garlic, other kitchen herbs can also be used.
Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
