Instructions:

Roll out the dough and place it on the baking tray/fluted tray, pressing the edges until they are smooth.

Sauté the onion cubes and the garlic in a little bit of oil. Cut the bacon into small cubes and add. Later, add the spinach and sauté until the water has almost evaporated.

Now add the flour and cool. For the glaze, mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Now mix the cooled filling to the glaze and spread evenly on the cake batter. Bake on the 2nd lowest shelf of the oven preheated to 220 °C for about half an hour.

Tip:Use fresh spinach about 1 kg rinse well beforehand and drop wet in a frying pan 2-3 min together. Chop next.
