Eggnog Stars

For the eggnog stars, prepare the short pastry as in the basic recipe. Cut out stars. Bake at approx. 180 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. Spread eggnog cream on one cookie at a time. Place a second cookie on top of the one coated with cream. Spread with eggnog sugar glaze and decorate the eggnog stars.
