A cake recipe for all foodies:

Mix powdered sugar, honey, almond kernels and cinnamon. Add the egg whites* and mix briefly with the whisks of a mixer, then knead with your hands. Roll out the dough in portions on a little powdered sugar or possibly between cling film to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. Cut out stars and place on greased baking sheets**.

For the glaze, whisk unbeaten egg whites and powdered sugar with the whisks of a mixer until the mixture is completely white and syrupy***. Coat the stars exactly with it.

Bake in a heated oven at 150 degrees for 10-15 min, the stars are still quite soft. Cool on a cake rack.
