A great pasta dish for any occasion:
25 min, just peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop shallots, soften with ginger in a little coconut milk. Make pumpkin cubes in the coconut milk. Blend with a hand blender and season with the lime juice and pepper.
Correct each soup according to consistency with a little coconut milk or water. Serve in deep plates.
