Prepare the dough for the coffee slices. Quickly mix butter with sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, nuts (peeled, grated) into a dough. Then roll out 1/2 cm thick with rolling pin.
Cut out slices of any size, bake at approx.190°C for 5-10 minutes until light.
For the cream, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add yolks, coffee and cocoa and mix well. Stick cooled slices (always 2) together with the cream.
Sugar the coffee slices according to taste.
Preparation Tip:
I added a chocolate glaze to my coffee slices (heated chocolate and added liquid coffee).
