For the blackberry vinegar, sort out blackberries very well, put only nice, healthy fruit in a large jar with a plastic lid. Empty the red wine vinegar over it.

Now put the jar in the dark – preferably in a cupboard – and shake it once a day. After three weeks at the earliest, strain the blackberries and bottle the vinegar.
