Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!
Heat the butter in a saucepan and briefly sauté the washed, sorted strawberries in halves. Strain the strawberry jam through a sieve, stir with the orange juice until smooth and boil down to a syrup. Flavor with orange liqueur and add to the strawberries form. Stir in the ribbon noodles cooked al dente, heat, serve, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with lemon balm.
