Mix vanilla sugar, mascarpone, yogurt and Grand Marnier until smooth. Peel one mango, mash and spread through a sieve. Peel one mango, cut into cubes and flavor with brown sugar and lime juice.
Fill into glasses in layers in the following order: Mango pieces, mango puree, mascarpone, mascarpone. Garnish with amaretti crumbs and mint leaves.
Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
