For the salmon tartare, chop the onion very finely. Place the slices of smoked salmon on top of each other and carefully cut into small pieces.

Put the onion and salmon pieces in a key and add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

Cut the chives into small rolls and add them to the mixture. Arrange the finished salmon tartare on a plate.

Preparation Tip:

For an even better taste, you can stir 1 tablespoon of orange mustard sauce into the salmon tartare.
