For the salad with ham, peel and chop the onion. Mix with mustard, sugar, vinegar, horseradish, salt and pepper. Mix well orange juice and oil.

Wash the watercress, shake dry and remove the coarse stems. Clean, rinse and slice the radishes. Arrange everything with the ham on 4 plates. Drizzle dressing on top.

Grate Parmesan over it and spread it evenly on the leaf salad. Serve the salad sprinkled with roasted sunflower seeds. Serve with baguette.

Preparation Tip:

Watercress tastes tart and spicy and has a slight mustard note. The pretty flowers are an attractive and edible decoration that goes well with leaf salads.
