For the puff pastry cabbage strudel, cut the cabbage into fine strips, onion, garlic and smoked tofu into small cubes.

Sauté tofu, onion and garlic in a little oil, then add cabbage and saute until soft, season with spices. Dust the mixture with cornflour until no more juice runs off.
