Try this delicious pasta dish:

Cut zucchetti into slices, raw ham into strips (remove fat edges to taste). Heat olive oil.

Roast zucchetti well until they turn brown. Towards the end, add the prosciutto. Season with salt and pepper.

In a second frying pan, bring water to a boil. Add salt and pour in the pasta. When al dente, drain.

Variations
