Cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/2 cm thick slices, season with salt and pepper, turn in flour to the other side and roast in batches in oil until crispy brown, remove from frying pan.

In the frying fat, fry diced onions, pressed garlic and garlic cut into strips for about 3 minutes.

Cut tomatoes into slices. Grease a gratin dish.
