Try this delicious cake recipe:
Grate the potatoes.
Soak the bread rolls in the warm milk.
Add butter, chopped onion and eggs to this warm mixture, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Add everything to the grated potatoes.
Grease the edge of a gratin dish.
Put one cm of oil on the bottom.
Pour in the quantity.
Bake at about 250 °C for 45 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 120 °C and bake for another half hour.
