Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and dry them.

Place in a suitable bowl, sprinkle with juice of one lemon, sprinkle with marjoram.

Add Tabasco and Worcester sauce. Marinate the fillets in it for 15 minutes. Turn a few times in between to the other side.

Grease a gratin dish and place the marinated fillets in it. Mix egg yolk with whipped cream and salt and pour over the fillets. Add the olives. Cover everything with butter flakes.

Cover with aluminum foil and cook in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
