Make a yeast dough and let rise. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out 12 squares. Cover each square with a slice of cheese and sprinkle with a good pinch of mixed kitchen herbs. Roll up the squares from one corner and shape into croissants. Place on a baking sheet (parchment paper), and go repeatedly.
Brush with milk and bake at 225 °C for about 25 min.
