Brownies with Marshmallows

To make the brownies with marshmallows, first wet a large baking pan and line with parchment paper. Whisk the butter with the sugar until a fluffy mixture is formed. Gradually beat in the eggs and vanilla sugar.

Sift the baking powder, flour, salt and cocoa powder over the mixture and stir in. Add the hazelnuts, chocolate and marshmallows.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake in a heated oven at 180 °C for about 30-35 minutes. Let cool in the pan, remove and cut into approx. 12 brownies with marshmallows.

Preparation Tip:

In addition or instead of the marshmallows, the brownies with marshmallows can also be refined with chocolate chips or similar.
