Birthday Cake

For the birthday cake, mix flour, ground nuts, sugar, eggs, baking powder, butter, vanilla sugar and milk with a food processor to a dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the baking tray and spread the dough evenly on it. Bake the dough for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

After the cake has cooled, cut out the respective age of the jubilarian. Frost the birthday cake and decorate it as desired.

Preparation Tip:

The birthday cake can be decorated as desired with icing (made from powdered sugar and lemon juice). Chocolate coating and various sweets can be decorated.
