Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Mash banana and egg yolks with a mixer, knead with sugar, flour, salt and butter to a firm dough. Immediately after, roll out on a floured work surface to about 7 mm thick. Cut out small round cookies (diameter about 3 cm). Cover the baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the cut out cookies evenly on them. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C (gas mark 3) for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool down. Mix powdered sugar with liqueur to a thick glaze, spread on the cookies and sprinkle lavishly with coconut flakes. Dry well, then keep between parchment paper.
