A bean recipe for every taste:

Cut spring onions into rings. Heat butter, sauté onions with sesame seeds, ginger and anise.

Divide cauliflower and broccoli into roses. Cut kohlrabi into sticks, beans into pieces. Add vegetables to onions, pour clear soup and simmer for 20 minutes.
